How To Register For FLUX
Types of Passes
FLUX Pass
Grants entry to one event. For team events, only one pass is needed per team, except for Escape Room which requires 2 passes per team.
MUN/BGMI Pass
- Required specifically for MUN and BGMI events
- MUN: One pass required per delegate (teams of two need two passes)
- BGMI: One pass covers an entire team of four players
Pass Requirements for Different Events
- Regular Events: 1 FLUX pass per team, regardless of team size
- Escape Room: 2 FLUX passes per team required
- MUN: 1 MUN pass per delegate
- BGMI: 1 BGMI pass covers a team of 4 players

How to Register
Step 1: Calculate Required Passes
Use the calculator to determine how many passes of each type you need
Step 2: Review Recommendations
The calculator will show you the optimal combination of pass bundles to purchase
Step 3: Access Payment Portal
Click on "Register Now" to proceed to the payment portal
Step 4: Select Fee Type
Click on "Select Fee name" and choose "FEST"
Step 5: Choose Pass Types
Select from available options in Categories
- FLUX 2025 (Single Pass)
- FLUX 2025 (Group Pass)(3 Passes)
- FLUX 2025 (Group Pass)(10 Passes)
- FLUX 2025 (MUN Pass)
- FLUX 2025 (BGMI Pass)
Step 6: Complete Payment
Fill out all required details and proceed with payment
Step 7: Save Receipt
Download and save your payment receipt
Step 8: Event Registration
You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions for selecting your events. (May take up to 24 hours)
Important Notes:
- • Early registration is recommended as event slots may be limited
- • Keep your payment receipt safe
- • For team events, maintain a list of all team members
- • Different events require different types of passes
- • Each pass type is specific to its designated events
- • Registration is prohibited for Christ (Deemed To Be University) Students
